Love...

Psychologists have speculated whether feelings arise from our thoughts or whether our feelings generate thoughts. One plausible version is that thoughts produce feelings. When we focus on positive thoughts, our feelings change and as a result our actions reflect this in the outer world. A person has many thoughts during the course of the day. Some of our thoughts cause us to feel anxious, worried, peaceful or inpatient. Whatever the case is, the feelings we experience are the result of our own thoughts. If we put our energy into thinking how to help another sentient being, eliminate pollution in nature, or strive to evolve and connect with our inner wiser self, we would create a healthier atmosphere all around us. What we send into the universe comes back to us. The more love we send towards other sentient beings, the more love we will receive in return.
What we need to recognize is that love should be the driving force behind our growth, life, and aspirations. This is what the spiritual masters have taught through the ages. In Corinthians 13-8 we read, “Love is eternal.” God is eternal, which in turn translates to the well-known saying that God is Love.
Love is not a quality common and reserved only to humans. It is the essence of life. How can a person say that they love God but fail to love all of creation? We often hear that we have to love ourselves in order to love others. This does not come easy to some people because they have been wounded by others along their journeys, either psychologically, emotionally, or physically. Love therefore may be seen as another thing causing vulnerability. After all, no one wants to get hurt. When we withhold expressing love, we ultimately hurt ourselves in the long run.
The Master Beinsa Douno noted, “An intelligent man is a man who, even in the middle of the deepest darkness, can find the path that leads to God- the eternal and unchanging love in the universe.” In addition, the Dalai Lama points out that all sentient beings are equal. You can decide to love and be loved or continue to create unhealthy karmic patterns in your life. Freewill belongs to all of us and how we choose to exercise it is our responsibility. As we grow spiritually, we are able to recognize our uniqueness as well as our Oneness with all life forms. Sometimes we are scared of saying “I love you” because we fear that the other person may not say “I love you” back to us. Love is about giving freely without worrying about “what’s in for me”?

Light and Darkness Good and Evil (part II)

We have the ability to bring light within or darkness within and impact not only our lives, but also those of other sentient beings. “Light and darkness, life and death, right and left, are brothers and sisters. They are inseparable.” (The Gospel of Philip) “…the masculine and feminine of God are the two poles of existence in one Being. They represent two different sides of itself, obverse and reverse in relation to each other. The two lines or currents of their energy, negative and positive, effect the manifestation of all that is within it.” (Sri Aurobindo)
God is energy that permeates everything. The nature of God is like the Yin and the Yang. If we see dualism in nature, how can we say that this is not also the nature of God? There can be no light if there is no darkness. This light and darkness is accessible to all, and one must choose which should dominate his life. We can all love and create beautiful artwork as well as hate and destroy. We are capable of creating heaven or hell not only for our psyche but for other sentient beings as well. The God within allows us to have freewill to do as we please within the limitations of external circumstances. Our desires can awaken both the godly and the devilish seed in us. It still amazes me how far some people will go in order to get what they want. Husbands kill their pregnant wives to be with their lovers, wives murder their husbands of twenty-plus years to collect insurance money, and children kill their parents because they hate them, the scenarios are many. The behavior we choose to nourish will either give us life and light or plunge us into peril and darkness. “So you must live like people who belong to the light, for it is the light that brings a rich harvest of every kind of goodness, righteousness, and truth.” (Ephesians 5:8-9)
Darkness in the world comes from our ignorance and self-centeredness. Light, comes from the core of our being as well. In the Gospel of Thomas Jesus said, “there is light within a man of light, and it lights up the whole world. If he does not shine, he is in darkness.” What is inside of us emanates in the physical world, and thus we create our reality. Both light and darkness originate in our minds.

Suggestopedia

What is suggestopedia?

"Suggestopedia (in its new desuggestive development as well) is a science for developing different non-manipulative and non-hypnotic methods for teaching/learning of foreign languages and other subjects for every age-group on the level of reserve (potential, unused) capacities of the brain/mind. That means: at least three to five times faster, easier and deeper learning, inner freedom, increasing the motivation for learning, joyful learning and psycho-physiological well-being. The effectiveness as well as the benefits of the genuine method have been confirmed by the most prestigious international commissions and scientists. The genuine method has been also officially tested and highly evaluated from one international expert group of UNESCO that recommended the method to be applied all over the world." Lozanov

"Suggestopedia is one of the teaching methods developed by Bulgarian psychotherapist Georgi Lozanov based on the study of Suggestology. The method has been used in different fields of studies but mostly in the field of foreign language learning. Lozanov claimed that by using this method one can teach languages approximately three to five times as quickly as conventional methods.

The theory applied positive suggestion in teaching when it was developed in the 1970s. However, as improved, it has focused more on “desuggestive learning” and now is often called “desuggestopedia.” [1] Suggestopedia is the latest of the six major foreign-language teaching methods known to language teaching experts (the oldest being the grammar translation method.) The name of Suggestopedia is from the words “suggestion” and “pedagogy.” Wikipedia

Do No Harm

Christianity – “All things whatsoever you would that man should do to you, do you so to them; for this is the law and the prophets.” Mathew 7, (12)
Buddhism – “Hurt not others in ways that you yourself would find hurtful.” (Udana-Varga 5, 8)
Confucianism – “Is there no maxim which ought to be acted upon throughout one’s whole life? Surely, it is the maxim of loving-kindness: Do not unto others what you would not have them do unto you.” (Analects 15, 23)
Hinduism – “This is the sum of duty: do naught unto others which would cause you pain if done to you.” (Mahabharata 5, 1517)
Islam – “No one of you is a believer until he desires for his brother that which he desires for himself.” (Sunnah)
Judaism – “What is hateful to you; do not to your fellowman. That is the entire Law; all the rest is commentary.” (Talmud, Shabbat 3 id)
Taoism – “Regard your neighbor’s gain as your own gain, and your neighbor’s loss as your own loss.” (Tai Shang Kan Yin P’ien)
Zoroastrianism – “That nature alone is good which refrains from doing another whatsoever is not good itself.” (Dadisten-I-dink, 94, 5)

Treating others the way we want to be treated ensures that this can help our soul to reach spiritual maturity. We must teat the other sentient being as though we are that being. What treatment can you expect from a worm you are about to step on, or a tree that is about to be cut down? Instead, view that other being as though you are it, and then treat it the way you expect to be treated from that standpoint. We lay out the events along our own journey to spiritual completeness through the practice of our humanness.
More and more, especially in the Western world, people are becoming dependant on others for one or another thing. A person may blame his therapist for the lack of progress, another may blame his lawmakers for the way their decisions have affected his life directly or indirectly. Another may blame his childhood and his parents by seeing them as the contributors to the flaws in his character today. A criminal may blame the justice system for not providing enough comfort while in prison; the list goes on. In fact, we are responsible for all of our emotions, thoughts and behaviors.

Silver Thread part IV

The Anointed Ones
Who are the Anointed Ones?

This writing was transmitted through channeling information that came from those who are called the Light Bearers. The two Light Bearers who have identified themselves as Ancethemus and Theosophus are just two out of many who transmitted this so that Man knows His origin. All of this was possible through the Law of ONE!

Those are the Light Bearers!
They bear witness of the light in and the light out. The light everywhere.
There is always light in the midst of darkness because the two go together but some have more light than others.
This determines how Bright they will shine and through their shining they can see more and do more and experience more.

Can the light be extinguished?

The light can never be extinguished only it can shine bright or dim.
It is the flame that never burns out. It is the flame that lights up the whole world and it is the flame that lights up a small room. It can do ALL of that!

How can the light shine bright?
The light can shine bright if more oil is added to the lamp.
What is the lamp?
It is the core of the being. The wick!
What is the oil?
It is the sea of infinity brightness and of Life.

How is it that some shine brighter while others not?
There are lamps of different quality. Some contain more some less oil.
Who are the anointed ones?
The anointed ones are those whose flame is not contained in the lamp but set forth and it lights up other’s paths. They are the Light Bearers. They come and they got and will continue to do so until you learn how to light up your own lamp and need nothing after that to sustain its flame.
Their flame does not burn out. Yours does because of not knowing how to be a good light keeper. A good light keeper carries his lamp in all conditions and it never burns out. A novice light keeper is always afraid of when his oil will burn out and is afraid of the dark after that. The good light keeper knows of no darkness because He dwells in Light.
You’ve seen many good Light Keepers but you did not take some of their flame to light up your oil lamps. You rely on that which burns out. You expect it to burn out and that is when you error for a true oil lamp does not burn out ever.
All are anointed -
Only few know how to keep the lamp constantly burning and illuminating the darkness.
What is the oil?
The substance of life.
Where is to b found?
Everywhere.
How does it burn?
Through effortless action.
Can it be extinguished?
Never.
How come some have their oil lamps burn brighter than others?
Through THE CAUSE?
What is the cause?
Their Life!
Why is it necessary for the lamp to burn bright?
In order to see light as it is1 an eye opener and nothing more.
What will one see then?
Everything and that there is no darkness. One will see everything and nothing at the same time. There is no real time!
Can a person have their light transmitted to another person?
No!
They can only transmit the initial spark if it is meant to be and nothing more.
Each carries their own lamp, their own flame, their own light!
Where does the light come from?
From the ONE!
Is one better than another if his light is not burning brighter?
No! There is no such thing as differentiation on the real level. Only on the superficial which people so often cling to.
ALL Flame is from the One primordial Fire!
Each being decides what to do with their lamp. Some carry it some forget that they have it and stumble in the dark.
What is the dark?
The darkness of the mind unilluminated.

Fire is the Life! Everything is on fire.
How so?
It is always burning never seizing. ONE lit fire spreads everywhere and touches everything and from that fire more fires ignite and continue to burn but they do not burn out and they do not destroy anything. Those are the pure Silver Fires.
Fires are brighter to spot in the darkness. When there is bright light it appears as though they are not as bright. But they are burning even now

Purifying the Heart Chakra part III

A man covets in his heart, speaks out from his heart, and it is in his heart that he keeps his feelings of the past and the present. The heart chakra is like a bouncing ball. It attracts to itself those feelings which it sends out. This chakra assists us in expressing our self emotionally and creatively. When it functions without any obstructions such as negative emotions or unhealthy attachments, it helps us create things that are beneficial to others such as art, literature, music, architecture and other self expressive mediums in the physical world. On an astral level, it allows us to be compassionate, altruistic, loving and peace creating.
When energy does not flow freely within the heart chakra, one can remain stuck in a state of anger, fear, resentment, hatred and destructive behavior. What consume the person’s existence are those things which he harbors in his heart. In order to move into an abundant life full of love and acceptance, the heart chakra needs to be purified. We must take responsibility for our feelings and then consciously decide to take charge of our life and actions. After the decision is made, we need to initiate the purification process.
First, we will have to examine and take into account what has caused us to experience such negative feelings. If we are able to point to a specific person or an event in this life, we will need to let go of the blame. Second, we will have to send out thoughts and feelings of forgiveness to that person and allow our self to let go of the negativity.
Next, e will need to start being aware of our responses when something in a given moment reminds us of those past wounds. When this happens, we have to consciously strive to send out thoughts of loving kindness and understand that our experiences are lessons of the heart and nothing more. We must not become attached to our feelings but rather stay objective and acknowledge that everything in life is a passing phenomenon from our anger to our laughter.
When we purify our heart chakra and welcome others in, we are in return ready to receive their gifts of love, peace, and mutual understanding. The expression “two hearts beating as one” refers to the synchronistic life that we share with others. As we nourish our hearts, we extend our love to all around us.
The problems in our society today comes up as a result of our over identification with our self and what we perceive as ours such as children, family, community, heritage, and earthly possessions. The heart is like a vessel. In it, we collect feelings as well as pour our feelings out. When the heart chakra itself is blocked, this exchange becomes hundred. The more the chakra is blocked, the more difficulty we have in expressing ourselves in a healthy way. Just like muddy waters have a residue on the bottom; our heart chakra is tarnished by anger, resentment, hatred, fear and envy.
The emotions of our heart can lift us to the highest grounds and plunge us to the lowest depths. When our hart chakra is open it carries us on its wings to ecstasy and liberation. When it is blocked, it drops our psyche to the darkest self made purgatory. The heart is our doorway to the self and to others. It assists us on our journey in the physical world as well as the emotional one. How do you purify and heal a wounded heart? How do you pick up where you have left off?
One step at a time, filling oneself with awareness and intent to forgive, accept, learn and just continue to move on and share your gifts with others.
Take a moment to reflect from the bottom of your heart how you can allow the purification of your heart chakra to begin starting today.
What has prevented you thus far from giving a dear voice to your heart? It is not uncommon for us to become entangled in the dramas of our mind with which we are bombarded constantly. We then start to have less and less time and willingness to listen to the desires of our heart. It is easier to become angry or hateful because often those feelings are in reaction to outside influence in our life. It seems like it takes more on our part to forgive and love. At times our heart feels empty. You may wonder why? Because we have missed to fill it up with those feelings which are fulfilling on an emotional and spiritual level.

Healing Offering

I do not know how to begin...
I have meditated and focused on the purposed of my life....like many other.
On numerous occasions I had the messaged related to me by angels and spiritual guides that I need to heal with my hands. I do believe in energy healing/Reiki and even in childhood I tried to place my hands on my grandfather to help with his headaches.
It is just not exactly the most logical thing to say to someone "Hey the angels tell me to heal with my hands..." Nope, I am not schizophrenic....nope I am not on any drugs, nope I am not crazy. Yet, this society of ours is quick to shun you. I also believe in "distance healing" since I do not believe that physical distance is an obstacle just a three dimensional illusion. So, here I offer you some positive energy with my intent (with the disclaimer that if you're physically ill you should consult with your doctor or another medically trained and licensed physician) Mine is an offering of positive spiritual energy from one being to another. Take a moment to meditate on a positive radian energy coming from me to you and many blessings.

The teacher Omraam Mikhaël Aïvanhov on illness

"We are immersed in a world of spiritual abundance, and if most people fail to benefit from these blessings, it is because their inner channels are obstructed so all free circulation is blocked. This is why initiatic science has only one aim: to teach us how to purify ourselves so that all contacts can be reconnected and so that divine life can flow unhindered within us. When divine life flows freely, our physical bodies and especially our psychic bodies (emotional, mental and spiritual) are provided with everything they need for excellent health. If there is no circulation, then death gradually encroaches. So each day, several times a day, remember to cleanse, to purify. Let the waters flow, the celestial waters of heaven. Visualize yourself standing in a torrent or under a waterfall; imagine that your impurities are swept away and that you become as transparent as crystal. Since effective methods such as this exist, why not make use of them? »

The circulation in all domains is an important element of health.
Numerous disturbances or freezings are at origin of numerous diseases. Then, exchanges do not work correctly any more and disorders appear.
For example, scars provoke dams interrupting circulations and exchanges. These obstacles are the cause of disorders which go in amplifying with the time. And so years later, diseases appear by disrupting the organs functioning which are in contact with the place of the scar...
In the body, there are numerous systems which all have to work harmoniously to be healthy: cardio-vascular system, lymphatic system, respiratory system, nervous system, digestive system, energy systems (knew of acupuncture, acupressure, reflexology), glandular or endocrinian system (closely connected to the system of chakras), etc... Each of these systems is in connection with one or several subtle bodies (etherical, astral, mental, causal, budda, atman,... body).
For example, the etheric body contains the meridian lines of acupuncture and the chakras of hinduism. The chakras are doors communicating and exchanging between the physical body and the other subtle bodies, which are seats of feelings, emotions and thoughts.
Circulation of life is a harmonious functioning of all these overlapping systems one in another and in constant interaction."

From the Master Beinsa Douno (Peter Deunov)

Food and Health
"There exists the danger that we might stumble in our development if we do not know how to eat, how to drink water, how to breath and how to assimilate food. By consuming vegetarian food, man becomes more purified. Meat contains more toxins. When animals are slaughtered, they experience fear which forms toxins in their organism. The people who eat this meat, assimilate these toxins into their systems and as a result, diseases appear. When we hold a piece of bread in our hand, we must be filled with gratitude for the sacrifice which the bread makes. Go deep within yourself, contemplate and say: I desire to sacrifice myself as the bread. When you eat an apple, put your love into it, empathize with the tree on which it grew and your soul will contact the evolved beings who have worked on its development. If you come to love the apple and receive it into yourselves, you will improve your energy more than had you worked an entire year."

"What is disease? Disordered matter, disordered energy, disordered thought. When the vibrations of the organism are lowered, man becomes susceptible to different illnesses. In such cases, the slightest reason can cause disease. There is a rule which says: in order for the organism to be able to deal with disease, its vibrations must be raised. When disease comes to you, don't be afraid, but apply Love in your life. Love heals all diseases. Consider the disease positively, see it as a gift, given to you to work upon yourself."

"I say: the most powerful remedy in the world is hot water."

"Health depends on conscious breathing. You should spend at least 10-15 minutes three times a day breathing consciously."

"Colors cause movements, life. They are energies which influence the human organism."

"Music elevates the vibrations of the human organism and awakens vital forces."

"The energies coming from God pass through men. We are centers trough which the energies of Intelligent nature move."

"Faith is needed for healing. If you have faith, you will soon be healthy."

Light and Darkness – Good and Evil

The struggle between good and evil and the battle between light and darkness have been recurrent themes in the life of people. After a person becomes overwhelmed by life itself, one begins to seek answers out of oneself. When we encounter fortunate and pleasant experiences in life, we consider them to be blessings. On the other hand, misfortune is seen as punishment from God and this punishment fills our soul with sadness. Spirituality teaches us that we are gods and that we carry all of the answers within. It tells us that once we forget our divine nature, we become prone to suffering whether of physiological or psychological nature. Jesus taught that the road to salvation is narrow. It is as though one must pass through life’s trials and tribulations in order to find one’s divinity. If for a moment we imagine that when souls came into being on earth they lacked the knowledge of pain and pleasure on earth, we can see that perhaps the only way to evolve spiritually is through earthly experiences. How else would we know what forgiveness, kindness and love mean? In the First Book of the Divine Pymander, we read that: “everything that is, is double.” Unless we go through the notions of human experiences including betrayal, affliction, and suffering, we will not really know what it means to be alive.
Parapsychological research of near death experiences has pointed out time after time that the individuals’ consciousness continues to exist after the death of the physical body. You may wonder then why we need physical bodies. I would like to think that the reason behind our physical existence is so that our soul learns what each emotion entails and to exercise our freewill as much as external circumstances will allow. Perhaps our soul has made a pack with another one to teach each other lessons while on earth. Maybe your father, partner, or a friend afflicted you in life so you can learn forgiveness. Of course, we possess freewill to decide how to react to the events in our lives. We do not need to fear physical death or anticipate salvation by an external God in order to realize that we carry both light and darkness within. We are truly spiritually stuck if the only thing that deters us from committing a crime is the fear of punishment. In disasters like the flood in Louisiana, one person can decide to help their fellow men or to loot stores, rape, or murder others. If all that encourages us to be civil is fear, whether it is fear of imprisonment of fear of an external God, we are going to keep our soul in darkness.

Transmigration of the soul and physical likeness

Some people believe in reincarnation/rebirth of the soul. My first experience with past lives occurred about 10 years ago during a dream. In the dream I observed some people and an internal voice told me "this is you in a past life". I have been quite familiar with the concept of reincarnation but never really trying to recall any past lives. From that time on, I had started to recall other "lives". However, I do not view rebirth from past to present. What I mean is, during a cosmic consciousness experience I was able to realize that life is all One and that we only focus on a separate existence(s) within the limit of a linear time. Everything occurs at the same time and one can have the ability to see other life forms (which does not necessarily mean) that one was an animal or a plant etc. Since everything is interconnected a person is able to access the information of everything else/everyone else. So, what may seem as a "past life" is actually another life we're not conscious of until that moment. There is an imprint of this in the Akashik records (the energy field containing all information) This imprint allows psychics and in the past prophets to see the "past and the future" There is in fact no past no present no future (just NOW and ONE) You can become aware of what it feels to be a dolphin or an apple tree or another individual (whom you believe to have been in another life) However, there is a field of past life regression and one called life progression. The later lets a person experience or glimpse a "future life of theirs"
Everything is occurring at the same time but our consciousness abides to a three dimensional world and linear time.
Some people believe that when a person reincarnates in a new body, they look similar to the other person (because they carry the same spiritual or rather astral essence). I personally do not hold this conviction too strongly but am open minded to it. One experience of mine occurred few years ago when I dreamt of specific art work and two spiritual guides. Upon waking up, I went online and tried to make sense of the information I've received in my dream state. That is how I came upon Cynthia's website about this phenomenon.
Later, she compared a picture of mine with that of the artist Hilma Af Klint that I had dreamt about (and had very vivid art work images for about few days in my mind's eye.) Now, it is possible that my "current" personal consciousness had tapped into that of the "individual one" of the artist Hilma Af Klint. I am not saying I am her reincarnation. I am only stating that since we are all part of ONE, we could have the experience and knowledge of other beings. So there is really nothing that reincarnates or moves from body to body (it is only that at certain time we become aware of something or someone else) You may as well one day have an experience of "my" consciousness and so forth. WE are all ONE. Just something to ponder upon.

Heart Chakra Meditation - Yam Anahata

Purifying the Heart Chakra part II

On the other hand, when a person with a balanced and healthy chakra comes in contact with someone who is afflicted, a part of the light from the heart of the healthy person is transmitted to the heart of the other one. However, the person receiving this light has to receive it with an open heart. If that person dwells on negativity, anger and hatred, the gift of the light will bounce right off of him. This happens because of the grace of free will that people have. That is why we cannot say that another person’s words or actions are the totally responsible for how we feel. Their intent may very well have been malicious but it is us that allowed their negativity to spread its seeds in our hearts. From that moment on, if we water these seeds with like emotions, we give life to the negativity in us and allow it to spread its roots deeper and deeper.
The heart chakra is what allows us to experience feelings the physical heart alone cannot do. Each time we have a positive or a negative emotions, it is registered by the heart chakra. This chakra also registers all of our emotions which we have had in the past. The chakra is an energy filed with a limitless storage capacity. If we experience negative feelings over and over for a prolonged period of time, the chakra becomes weakened. Our physical hear can also become affected and its afflictions show ups as heart disease. We are both physical and spiritual beings and the body is in constant communication with the energetic auric field. Nothing is ever unregistered no matter how insignificant we may believe it is. There may be times when we are unable to explain why we feel a certain way and despite how hard we think, nothing comes to our mind to let us pin point to the origin of our emotions.
Since the heart chakra operates on the energetic field level, it can host memories not only form this present existence but it is also the store house of our past life memories. Those feelings which we have not resolved in a past life continue to be a burden in our life today. The light or darkness within us is manifested beyond the limitations of time and space. We have the ever present opportunity to restore and utilize our light within. When our heart chakra is open and is strong and luminous we are able to experience Oneness with the universe and connect with others in a harmonious way. We are able to reach and touch others with our light through acts of compassion, love and creativity. When our heart chakra is open, we are free to receive the information that comes to us in a non judgmental way and stay grounded in the present moment.
We make promises from the heart, laugh from the heart whole hearted or say that our heart feels broken when we are afflicted by emotional pain. It is the heart chakra that gives us our intuition in relationship to our interactions with others both on the physical and on the spiritual plane of existence.

Silver Thread part III

This writing was transmitted through channeling information that came from those who are called the Light Bearers. The two Light Bearers who have identified themselves as Ancethemus and Theosophus are just two out of many who transmitted this so that Man knows His origin. All of this was possible through the Law of ONE!

III
The Interventions

1) In its pity, the One Primordial Energy which some later started to refer as the “mother” and the other one of the physical nature referred to as the “father” pushed forth the death of the physical self so that the Original Primordial Energy or spirit had a chance to once again return to its place of origin permanently. 2) It could not bare witness to the perpetration which “self” inflected upon “itself” not remembering or recognizing that it was One and that it all came from the Original Primordial Energy. Men killing men, animals, raping, and destroying the flora and fauna for self serving purposes and other self injurious behaviors that exist upon the physical plane. 3) Any perpetration upon another being is a perpetration against the “self” and in actuality, against the Original Primordial Energy which some people now call god although the true nature of god is beyond comprehension and it cannot be named nor explained nor spoken of in any way. It is ALL that IS.
4) Men ought only to save himself from himself. There is no evil nor Devil and all lower destructive vibrations originate out of His desires to posses. There is no one to blame. All Men needs is to remember his true origin.
5) The Original Primordial Energy left men with a soul (a piece of original energy which is not tinted by anything external and which is unchangeable and it is not a slave of the individualistic ego that Men came to view as their true self in their ignorance).

6) The soul is not the same as Spirit because Spirit is all encompassing raw energy. Nevertheless, the soul is our gate to the Original Primordial Energy while the spirit is the blue print of this energy field never changing and always present everywhere in everything.

7) It needs to be acknowledged though that This energy has become tinted by the vibrations of the lower plane and it vibrates back to physical life over and over seeking self governed experiences and expression in a physical form.

8) It is not only Men who are part of this, it is all of life. It is the animals, the plants and these which we do not see with our physical eyes.

9) And it is the soul that cries to return its place of origin because the human mind cannot comprehend this simple yet astonishing truth!

10) And it is the spiritual that pulls us towards our place of origin but the ego of the human mind pulls us down into the physical dimension where we feel trapped.

Living with Autism and surviving the mental health loop

In this age, mental health services are becoming more and more difficult to define to the general public. What will the insurance or Medicaid cover and what is to be done if someone does not have any coverage are the frequent questions that are asked especially by parent care givers of individuals with Autism.

If not specializing in this area, one is to usually refer these parents to the Autististic Society in Atlanta but what afterwards? We’re not always dealing with child clients.
Many parents try to find services on behalf of their adult children. Now, does this change the criteria for having to serve and make the appropriate referrals for adults with Autism versus a child is the most common concern?

What will a person without any sufficient insurance expect to receive in return?
These questions are not posed out to confuse anyone but to evoke an awareness that is usually not present within the larger bodies governing our mental health treatment options available to families.

For instance, many of the community state funded mental health agencies in Georgia do not provide just medication management and will require another mental health diagnosis in order to serve a client with Autism. Second, a person with Autism who does not have a good support system or insurance whether private or public coverage will run into a problem as to how to pay for services.

It is as though clients with severely persistent mental health illness can be served by the low fee community agencies only if they meet a certain criteria. Many of the therapists at those agencies are not trained specifically to work with individuals with Autism and although many of us consider ourselves to be generalist and strive to provide a decent service we run into a brick wall when it comes to ensuring that we can provide a long term and adequate treatment to those most deprived of mental health services.

There is a growing need for therapists to receive more training in treating Autism that does not surpass the need for more services to be available for individuals of Autism not only children but adults and greater support availability for their families.

Riddle...

A Hidden Story

When there was a time for the sun to be born -
There on a hill near by the sea
In the early morn
I saw two graves side by side.
Two men walked beside it.
They unburied one of them –
Inside a coffin lay a man –
Dead with scarlet blood upon his chest.
The man woke up –
It seemed he was not dead but just asleep.
Fresh air came into the grave and saved this man.
The two men saved him from death.
This is a hidden truth and the story is real
But on your own you’ll have to reveal what all of this means.

Purifying the Heart Chakra Part I

The heart is the seat of emotions. This was the one organ which the Egyptians did not remove from the body during the mummification process. They removed the brain but not the heart since they believed that it was the center of our soul. A powerful symbolism from past ages acknowledges that although we think and act with the help of our brain, it is our emotions which take control over. Often times we act driven purely by our emotions against all logic.
It is our passions and the cries of our ego which we obey despite the consequences. In the developing embryo, the heart starts beating around the early weeks of development. With each beat of the heat, we welcome life with its joys and sorrows throughout our earthly existence.
When we are calm, out heart beats steady and rhythmically; when we are in love, r loving towards others, it feels as though our heart expands. When we are angry our heart also records our turmoil’s within its fastened, irregular beats. Sometimes when a person loses a life long partner and dies shortly afterwards, we hear people say that this person has died of a broken heart.
When we forget to be kind to our own heart by allowing anxiety, anger and hatred to dwell in it, we not only suffer psychologically, we also can have heart disease and heart attacks. It is the cry of the heart that lets us know that we are not living a balanced life.
Do you need to restore your heart to its original self? The heart is an intelligent organ. It registers your intentions and feelings as you utter both loving and hurtful words. Our heart is not only a part of us, it is also the vehicle that connects us with others and life as a whole. You can see that a loving, caring and well intended person emanates a beautiful and serene energy when you come in contact with this person. On the other hand, an angry and distraught person seems to carry a dark cloud not only around oneself but also contaminates the energy of others when it comes in contact with them.
Feelings and thoughts create an energy field. What we think we can feel and what we feel can be sensed by others around us who in return are affected by it. The heart chakra in itself is an energy filed that records all of our emotional experiences. When we do not live a healthy life style, when we are mentally and emotionally exhausted, our heart chakra becomes out of balance. It is the heart chakra that connects us with others on the energy level of feelings. That is why feelings seem to be contagious. When a person whose heart chakra comes in contact with another person whose heart chakra is also out of balance, each affects the energetic field of the other. One person’s negativity becomes the other one’s burden.

Losing a Beloved Pet

To me, like to many others, pets are like children. They are little angels in fur coats that love you when you come home in a bad mood and when you wake up groggy first thing in the morning. They are always there loving you the way you are, no matter what. Pets are part of our families. They are our companions in life. Unfortunately, the life span of some pets is much too short. For a pet owner, the lifespan of a pet is never long enough. One day, inevitably, we must say good bye.

Grieving

Grieving the loss of a pet is similar to grieving that of a person. It is not uncommon for a grieving pet owner to experience the stages of grief -

Denial

Anger

Bargaining

Depression

Acceptance

As a bereaved pet owner, you may start to feel isolated from those who do not understand your bond with your pet. You may feel sensitive, lonely and hurt inside.

Some Helpful Tips to help you deal with the death of a beloved pet

Take time to grieve. Do no rush to get another pet right away. Use this time to mourn the departure by creating a special ceremony, whether you cremate or burry your pet. Saying goodbye is important in order to have closure.

If you do not have a picture album, you may want to put your pet’s pictures in a scrap book or in a picture frame and look at them often. Keeping toys or other pet belongings is OK. A big mistake that people make, is trying to bottle up their feelings and memories of their pet, hoping that their grief will decrease.

Avoidance only makes it harder to deal with your pet’s departure. If you have children, it is important to let them share their feelings openly. You may want to read the book Freddie the Leaf by Leo Buscaglia to your children. Do not discourage children from believing that their pet has gone to heaven.

You and your departed pet will be together through life connected by the lesson you have both learned - To love unconditionally.

Karma and past life regression

What are Karma and Past Life Regression?

According to Buddhism and other religions, karma refers to the Law of Cause and Affect. During our present life, we may encounter illnesses whether physical or emotional, discord with others and either fortunate or misfortunate events. Karma postulates that all of these occur as a result of our actions in the past.
Past Life Regression is a tool that can help you discover and amend the reasons for today’s events in your life. Through hypnosis, a trance state is achieved that helps your subconscious recall this pertinent information. You have free will to decide how to use this information and to make the necessary changes in your life. Ultimately, you are the creator of your own karma.

Silver Thread part II

This writing was transmitted through channeling information that came from those who are called the Light Bearers. The two Light Bearers who have identified themselves as Ancethemus and Theosophus are just two out of many who transmitted this so that Man knows His origin. All of this was possible through the Law of ONE!

II
The Fall

1)The human being which it became know as, truly felt cursed and started to believe that all illness, pain, and death of the physical shell has befallen on it and it felt guilty and responsible. It started to view itself as separate from the One Primordial Energy and it started to pray to external gods and to make animal sacrifices, human offerings, build temples and chisel images of god as he understood it as a result of it. 2) Over the time of its evolution and existence as both matter and self governed spirit, it forgot its true origin. Some men even today still seek to appease god (mistaking The Manifestor for god the creator) by resorting to these means. This pushes them further into oblivion of their true nature and inner powers.

3) The Bright Star, a part of the One Primordial Energy that came to be as a result of the Seed of Spirit tried to remedy this by the great flood and by other horrors that came upon Men like Sodom and Gomorrah not of hatred or anger as priests would have you believe today but because of great compassion and pity and great sadness for Men who has forgotten his nature. But so it happened that when the great flood had come there were many Men on other planets who survived it and continued to live and came back on earth. 4) That initial Being who came out of the first hermaphrodites as Adam and Eve had survived and its genetic code, its physical imprint was not destroyed. It controls the nature of spirit that descends into it time after time. This is the meaning of the serpent who was cursed to crawl on its belly. Meaning- it was the DNA’s double strand image that is evident in the lower vibrational fields of physical form. That is what it is mean to crawl below. The dirt that it drags when it crawls relates to the mutations that take place in the DNA with time.

5)These were some of the attempts of the One Primordial Energy to correct things through the Bright Star in order to save itself from the pains and ignorance of physical life that has trapped the spirit because of its lust of physical form.
As time went by, the Seed of Spirit vibrated lower and lower in Men and it lead Men believe that the only ability to create comes through the efforts of physical form. It forgot that in fact it started with the ability to create on a higher vibrational level.

6)By this time, spirit has learned how to vibrate at various levels having become individualistic, separate and self sufficient and it did not let go of the physical lower vibrational existence because only though it, it felt all life has to offer in the mineral, vegetable and animal kingdom. It became possessive of the “dense physical form” and of its life. It became greedy and it learned murder, trickery, greed, hatred, jealousy and how to lie in order to hold on to the physical existence through mental and physical means. 7) It started to see itself as Many versus ONE.
This is known as the Fall of Men. It refers to the fall of high vibrating energy into lower vibrating energy and the oblivion of Spirit and the true nature of Life.

Paneurhytmy

Food for Thought

Is it fair to ask underdeveloped countries to go green when many advanced industrial countries owe their success to destructive environmental principals?

What is fairness?

Is the sun hot for the nomads in the desert or is it not warm enough for the Eskimos?
What is fair in one situation may not be seen as fair in another. As they say “it is all in the eye of the beholder.” As far as asking- you can ask anything of any one as long as you do not demand.
In Bulgaria, an eastern European country, you may see on the same street a Lamborghini and a gypsy in a horse and carriage. You can feast your eyes on the electrically illuminated brand new hotels on the Black Sea owned by foreign investors and at the same time stumble and fall in a hole on a street in the out skirts of a major town populated by Roms.
You can definitely see shady businessman gorge down steaks and expensive liqueur as you watch the quite popular by now British movie about the orphans of Mogilino – a town in northern Bulgaria who go do bed hungry and who do not receive proper medical care due to lack of monetary funds.
As German foreign cars zoom by you, you can also see many people who daily walk to work in sleet and rain and scourging heat because they cannot afford even an older beat up vehicle.
Going green may mean different things for different individuals. Some people in the suburban areas live a green as they plow their fields by animal driven plows. They make enough to feed their family if even that in a country which now prides itself due to being an EU member.
As Western Europeans come to vacation on our Black sea and marvel at the beauty of the country, its women and two Euros beers, more and more foreign investors build hotels not even worrying about plumbing and the after math this will cause to wild life in the area. No one cares of the environment and everyone cares about his own pocket.
So, you can ask the affluent businessman, the power and money hungry politicians to go green as well as those who by the lot of faith are living somewhat a green life to go green or even greener.
Each human being will be able in return to do what they can do based on their spiritual, social and moral development. Do not expect miracles. Do no be shocked; just accept it for what it is because this is life; this is reality for many and you as idealistic as you are may come to understand the nature of things beyond fairness and unfairness and find yourself in the middle.

Continuity and Change

Change is growth. Growth is an ever-present and ever-changing phenomenon that can occur only with changes. Spiritual growth means acknowledging the flexibility within and accepting the impermanence of things. Salvation from the external reality is not something that can be attained since reality changes all of the time as well as our own perception of it. What we feared years ago is at the present time something to which we have become accustomed. What we wanted to learn back in the past is something we teach others today. Change is the life force in life. It is an energy that is constantly in motion. In the Gospel of Mary Magdalene (22) we find more of Jesus’ words: “All nature, all formations, all creatures exist in and with one another, and they will be resolved again into their own root.” And in the Gospel of Philip: “All that is composite will decompose and return to its Origin; but those who are awake to the Reality without beginning or an end know the uncreated, the eternal.” We need to view life as a continuous string of events without a beginning or end. Perceiving life as constantly changing shows us that we attribute qualities and timeframes such as past, present, and future to our existence.
When I was a child, while visiting the Rila Monastery suited in the Bulgarian mountains, I saw a wall painting of the Wheel of Life by the iconographist Zachary Zograph. It can still be seen today. The painting depicts life in a circular versus a linear form where human life is depicted to be progressing within the four seasons from spring to winter and back. In the center of the painting is a temptress woman holding a cup full of the pleasures of life, and at the peripheral human life is shown as eternal transition from life to death and life again. As a child, I marveled at the painting and also experienced disappointment and fear while I wondered if that was all there was to life.
Spiritual development is a process of continuous growth within change. Existence in itself is something we struggle to explain or comprehend. Each individual therefore experiences spiritual growth or inner development subjectively. It should not be surprising that different people report similar experiences during an enlightening experience. Everything in nature is connected, and one person can tap into the same information as another one. However, how each person experiences this situation and then tries to explain it to others occurs on a totally personal and subjective level.

Silver Thread: Legend of the Ligh Bearers part I

This writing was transmitted through channeling information that came from those who are called the Light Bearers. The two Light Bearers who have identified themselves as Ancethemus and Theosophus are just two out of many who transmitted this so that Man knows His origin. All of this was possible through the Law of ONE!

In the Beginning (Part I)

I ask, what was there before we have what we see now? There is no past, no present, no future just IT. There was Pure Original Primordial Energy. It cannot be explained, contained, fully apprehended because it encompasses all that IS.
Out of it preceded the rest.
Now a small seed out of this energy filed is what veered off. It is like a drop of water in an infinite sea. It is called Spirit.
1) This spirit is the inner voice that comes and goes but is always there if you are quiet enough to hear it.
Spirit multiplied like a seed planted in the ground multiplies and bears fruit and after some time you do not know where all of the harvest came from.
The seed or spirit is the bearer of life but it is only a portion of the ALL which cannot be explained nor comprehended, seen or touched.
All was conceived in the energy field. Then, some manifested in the physical.
It is the first Fall!

What of the physical life?
Physical life is the dense vibration and only a mere image of the seed of life.
It is there to remind us from where we came and we did not originate here in the physical world.

2) Matter originated down here (although there is no down here and up there only perception) in the lower regions of the ALL encompassing sea but the spirit was always here and everywhere. Spirit was not clothed and it did not know how else to express itself but in the physical word.
In the beginning if there is an end since nothing has a beginning and an end only we perceive it as such there is always the One Primordial Energy which gave out the seed of spirit. After that there were spirit and matter.
Now, there is spirit dwelling in matter as though it has trapped it and brought it down from its glorious sparkling place beyond what the human mind can perceive.

Who learned how to harvest the spirit?
It was the one called The Manifestor. This is the first self governed energy. The second is the Bright Start. They are from One source but are two separate. It is like looking at the palm and than the top of the hand. One yet two images.

3) When the mystics speak of Adam and Eve or the first man and woman in fact they speak of matter seducing spirit and multiplying on earth and elsewhere.
4) In the very beginning we speak of the one in two where two sexes existed in one being. Now you call them hermaphrodites and you see them as an abnormality but it is in fact the true expression of how it was in the very beginning that spirit came to earth. It was a true expression of the Seed.

It came to earth to experience the physical way of being not knowing that it will hold it down in its sorrows, illnesses, famine, aging, destruction, and all things physical that are hated today.

5) A beautiful tale started in the very beginning. Spirit came to know the physical world through the senses, the pleasures of physical life and then came the rest. In the beginning though, physical life begot life and the spirit descended down to dwell in. The material became its host. That is why even inanimate objects are impregnated with energy and the therein atoms vibrate and are truly alive- a beautiful thing.

6) And Spirit saw how marvelous it was to be everywhere and to experience everything on a grand scale. Then, the first Being that we call man divided in two. Man and Woman – male and female. And spirit continued to descend therein and multiply its image. Spirit was always one but when it came to dwell in a physical form through the seed on earth and elsewhere, it became many individual forms. It caused the seed of spirit to thirst more and more for its won individuality and its own expression and it continues to do this today.

7) When people speak of True God they speak of this energy which had no beginning and no end. Then, they had to explain human pain and misery and they attributed it to Adam and Eve but the truth is, that misery started the moment when the Seed of Sprit decided to impregnate and dwell in matter as though high energy itself was not enough. 8) And as you cannot create nor destroy it, it started to exist in physical form which gives the impression of life and death and of creation and of destruction. In fact, it is a big mirage where what you see is what it is not but the physical existence starts to limit you to only that vibrational nature and you do not see beyond it.
Out of the Seed were The Manifestor and the Bright Start. And as self governed energy one pulled one way and the other in another direction.

9) Let’s go back to the time when it was One Being. There was One energy which is still existent today. This energy fuels life in all forms animate and inanimate. Without it, there will be nothing. This One energy connects everything and that is why life is truly one and interconnected. Some understand this some do not. It does not matter because that is how it is. 10) Energy wanted to become known. It did not want to exist to its own self of attraction and diffusion. There was no one and nothing to bear witness of it.

11) This One primordial energy started to vibrate lower and lower and lower and to create form. All sorts of forms crude, superb, grand, small and so on.

This is when we hear of the fallen Angles. The fallen Angles are from that initial one Spirit of the Bright Star that became self ruling or autonomous and multiplied in form by will but not in carnal form. They can if they chose to manifest denser forms although they do not have form such as the physical form that is perceived now. It went in a way against the initial One Being because it took over its own existence and its own movement in the energy filed. One the other hand, The Manifestor received its strength through attracting the energy which Men sent forth in his prayers, rituals and worship.
12) Hence forth, we hear of the battle of light and darkness- of good and evil. There is no such battle for if One came from the Other how can a person say one is better than the other? This is a human misunderstanding.

13) It was not the fallen Angels that caused this division in and about Existence. It was the Seed of Spirit that decided to divide and multiply and so it happened that they were the first intelligent cause to become self governed energy. That is that.
14)Now, The Manifestor as energy which is all intelligent and ever present expended and it felt that it should have control over all and everything and everyone because it did not conceive that it was from the Seed of Spirit that it came into being and not a separate entity of its own.
But, as the One Primordial Energy does not control nor influences, not judges, nor punishes nor creates nor destroys but only exists, The Manifestor was free to move about as it chose and the law of cause and affect did not affect his movements. And it chose to expand for the sake of attracting more of this pure energy from the other forms that were out there.

15) Out of The Bright Star came these called as the Fallen Angels. They were called fallen because they did not originate from The Manifestor and did not stay in the same energy field. They did not use other’s energy to expand but derived being from the One Primordial Energy of the Seed of Spirit.
All in all, the Fallen Angles are self governed energy while the rest, which, we call the other Angels are not self governed as IldaBaoth influences their vibrational nature, movement and diffusion and expansion.

16) We hear that the Fallen Angels came to earth (one of many) and mated with the creatures of earth.
17) This is what actually happened-
Those called the Fallen Angels existing as high vibrational energy yet totally individualistic in the ability to also manifest things had no physical form the way physical life is perceived to be today.
Having seen that the Seed of Spirit was creating physical forms, the Fallen Angels descended upon the inhabitants of the lower planes to teach or transmute the knowledge of self governance. There, they found the First one Being – Male and Female in One- the Hermaphrodite. This did not matter to the Fallen Angels because it was a perfect being yet, not self governed. It was not self governed because The Manifestor was affecting its vibrational field.
18)What this means is, that the Seed of Spirit from the Primordial One Energy has impregnated it but these beings had no will of their own as they did not know how to manifest things for themselves.

19) This is when you hear of the serpent tempting the One Being that “God” created.
It was not Adam and Eve (as two separate beings) It was just One Being- Spirit clothed in physical matter. When the power of the Fallen Angels came upon it and, you hear of that Self Governed Energy that came down to this Being and it showed it that it can multiply and manifest things for itself through its lower vibrational nature. 20) It showed it how to do so and it showed it how to attract Energy from the One Primordial Source people call god to sustain it. As time went by, it showed it how to use its free will. There was no impregnation of matter between matter but of pure spirit guiding matter.
For, if The Manifestor was better than this other energy field of the Bright Star, it would have somehow prevented this from happening. But we know that both came from the same source.
This took away some of its control over spirit. But, as we know, it had control over the lower vibrational fields because it viewed them as separate from Itself when in Fact it was all ONE.
21) It was so because all of this was novel and in error, it not recognizing that it all came from IT.
22) Then, in anger it cursed this new being that became separate afterwards – Man and Woman- two separate beings. This curse is not a curse as people perceive a curse to be. It was the unification of cause and affect. Hence forth, pure spirit disillusioned by craving, attachment and subdued by the law of cause and affect.

23)After this, it is when the rest of the self governed energy (Fallen Angels) came down (down means into the energy field called Mind) and gave true life to these separate forms which without it could not have become what you would now consider ” truly alive” since their eyes were now open.

24) And the new creature over its evolution, wept because in its misunderstanding did not see that it was all part of the One Primordial Energy. It forgot where it came from. It forgot its True Nature. It believed that The Manifestor wanted it to believe that it was the master of its dominion having control over the beasts of the forests and by cultivating vegetation. In doing so and in seeing and believing that it needed other physical forms to sustain it; it slumbered into forgetfulness of the power and magnitude of the Spirit within.
25)The Fallen Angels were not its destructors. They were the life givers in the sense that they merely showed Men that he has the power of “free will through Spirit”.
The Fallen Angels did not teach separation nor disobedience because these concepts are something people think of. 26) The Fallen Angels continue to be high vibrational self governing energy which does not mend in other’s self governed path.
27) Why are they called Fallen Angels?
Some of them decided to enter physical human form but this is not until much later and thus became known as the Light Bearers although different cultures know them under other names.
In that form, they can remain for as long as they wish on earth though the power of Will. They chose to do so in order to aid Men in finding their true calling and ultimately to recognize their Spirit nature. All of their help is only in the form of transmission of knowledge and energy and it does not interfere with the Free Will of other Beings.

Law of Attraction part II

If anyone teaches that what you wish for comes true we'd all be rich and famous. You cannot just sit and cross your fingers and wish, and wish, and wish. Actually, you can but that is not what works. If you have a desire to get something in life wheat er it is a new job, a car, a partner etc, you will need to not only clarify that goal, you'd have to make the necessary steps to get that. Sometimes you do, sometimes you don't. When "The Secret" came out, I was not really surprised at how many people took that information and ran with it. I am a believer in the law of cause and affect. I believe that certain things are circumstantial and that some are reactions to some action(s) in the past. For instance, if someone hates you, perhaps you either did something to cause that or they are just a low life- you did nothing they are just a hateful person. I do believe that at times when you smile the world smiles back at you (of course if you do in the psych ward with all the institutionalized suicidal patients) that may not happen (don't blame it on karma or say that the law of attraction is not working) It is what it is.
Can the mind cure the body? Yes, in certain cases hypnosis is show to be beneficial in the removal of phobias, pain, rashes etc. Can the mind cure AIDS or cancer? I am not going to make that statement. When wide sound research shows that it does then I'd say yes it's possible. Do I believe that meditation is beneficial? Yes. Do I believe that you can be a slave to your mind when you get depressed or addicted to something? Yes. Can the mind move mountains (kind of- when a group of man with bulldozers and dynamite gets together and clears the path for a train rail to be placed) Use your mind constructively but don't think that wishing only will bring you your desires. Been there, done that!

You are what you eat!

People need food to survive. Why are so many people obese when there is no scarcity of food especially in the West? Being a vegetarian or a vegan is not only healthy, it is also humane. Do you really need to eat a duck or a rabbit to feel satisfied in your belly, entertain your taste buds, or say to yourself I had a nice meal?
Plato said "Do not make your stomachs graves for animals" and I agree. When an animal was maltreated, filled with hormones and finally slaughtered so you can eat it, all of the animal's fears and anxieties in addition to the unhealthy hormones, it releases cortisol (stress hormone) in its body. Now you've just consumed that as well.
The Greek philosopher Pythagoras believed that out diet when it is pure can make our bodies less susceptible to the impure gross energies of the environment.
Another Greek philosopher Plato, had been credited with the saying “don’t make your stomachs graves for animals” and was a vegetarian.
I believe that the food we consume can affect not only our physical being but also our emotional and mental state. Unfortunately, the scientific advancement of our age now supplies us with genetically engineered vegetables, cloned meet, and pesticide and chemically filled foods. I do not wonder why there are so many children in the US diagnosed with ADHD and Autism. These diagnoses are less common if given at all in other non western cultures. Some would argue that this is because there is a lack of research while others can argue the opposite that the research in the west leads to self fulfilled prophecies and more money for the pharmaceutical companies.

BE a Human Being

It does injustice to think that just because someone calls oneself human that he actually acts like a human being. Unfortunately in my life I had found myself on the receiving end of savages in human form. Even monsters at times! Faith and circumstances had thrown me for the last four years in the "customer service" field. When people call wheater they consider themselves other "professionals" or clients, I and my colleagues are often at the receiving end of verbal abuse. I and another person at work have accents (not that strong) for both of us having lived in America most of our lives, yet I am being told to "speak f****n English by an ignorant one on the other end. Let us suppose that I was not speaking to a native American but to another Anlgo Saxon some several generations later or an Easter European or God only knows what lineage. What gives another person the right to abuse others verbally? If you're so much better than others just because you think you do not have an accent, I pity you. But this is not just about accents. If people need to live in ignorance there is nothing you can do. Have you heard of the Foreign Accent Syndrome? That would be so karmic if one or few of those abusers and haters wake up with that. I wish it on no one yet, everything is possible.
When you are calling someone in a customer service, please, please no matter how long you've waited do not take your frustration at the person on the other end. That person has been answering call after call and has no control over the call volume. Also, the pi on on the other end is not a CEO nor an underwriter so please if you have some complaints to lodge do it civilly and speak to the other person like to another human being. If you're angry or frustrated or just mean spirited, talk and engage others when you are in a better mental space. Do unto others not just as you would like done unto you but better! BE and ACT as a Human Being not some fiend.

The Law of Attraction or Hard Work?

The Power of Intention Part I
I don’t watch a whole lot of TV and generally won’t watch reality shows. This weekend though my hubby called me over to see a reality show about the “house wives of Atlanta” I watched it very briefly. The questions that popped up in my mind were “why there is a reality show about millionaire house wives (the average women do not really identify with them) and (why are these wealthy women in a show?) It’s not like they need the money. I was not surprised to see that they cared about fashion, brand names and other frivol ties. That is fine of course since they can afford whatever they want (or at least the money they’ve got from where ever were allowing them to lead a certain life style)
Now some of you may say “what about the law of attraction”? What about it?

The law of attraction does not work by wishing and waiting. If someone wants something in life, whether it is wealth, love, respect, kids etc, one has to work towards that. In the example of the house wives – well they worked through it trough marriage and what not. To elaborate on the law of attraction- that really is not a new concept. It did not start with The Secret, or with Ask and it is Given, it did not even start with Wayne Dyer’s the power of intention. Some of you may have come upon this concept from Wattles writing grow rich, Jose Sylva’s Method,…..A Bulgarian spiritual teacher by the name of Omraam Mikhael Aivanhov also mentioned this in his writings as the Law of Correspondence or the Boomerang Effect. There are of course others before him that did so as well and the list can go on.

If you want to get something or achieve something you’ve got to set goals for yourself and pursue them. I believe that whatever you focus on you draw that to you. If you focus on misery, you get bogged down. If you focus on love, you’re more loving towards others and they at times return your love. You get the idea. I suggest you take with a grain of salt who teaches you that wishes just manifest. There are certain things that just don’t. There is not going to be snow in the desert no matter how long someone there intends for that (unless you’re considering the Saudi Arabian man-made ski resort) Intention and manifestation are not magic. You get results out of your attempts. I am very weary of teachers who proclaim other wise. I will talk more about it in another post.

Oneness

One evening, while driving back from work, I saw a car hit a bird and proceed on its way without stopping. Being an avid animal lover, I pulled over on the side of quite a busy highway and placed the bird in my car. It turned out that the bird was a red-tailed hawk. I drove for two hours with it in my car looking for a veterinarian that could tend to it. Eventually, wildlife rescue personnel examined the bird and luckily no bones were broken. He told me how dangerous it was to drive around with a wild bird in my car, and I also found out that it was against the law to have had the hawk. There was no time when I was afraid of the bird. I was only moved by my internal drive to do what seemed right and I think he felt that.
As I said previously, selfishness and lack of concern for others is not a new phenomenon. Some people have pets and then move to another location, or have babies after which, they get rid of their furry companions. It is as though they used their pet to satisfy their own needs for a certain period of time and then like an old newspaper discarded of it. Some people do the same with their aging parents.
Anyone can come up with an excuse for why they do not do a certain thing. Excuses turn out to be our guilt blankets. What people do not recognize is that each and every one of us is that other afflicted being. Because of the events in our life and largely because of the choices we make, we can become the victim or the perpetrator. We are not immune against having strong feelings and then acting them out. This is common to everyone. Instead, what we can do is try to become mindful of how we affect other sentient beings through the choices we make.
This is a patriotic gesture but many people mistakenly use it as a reason to focus on our differences further. Dividing ourselves from others can only lead to more suffering and hinder our inner growth. The statement “One nation indivisible under God….” does not have to pertain to a specific culture. Since there is one God, there is one nature – humanity. We choose to separate ourselves by judging others. This behavior can only lead to resentment, anger, hatred, and eventually to harmful acts. Our circle of love can be either large or really small. What I mean by circle of love is the one made up of those sentient beings that are part of our lives. In Western society, I have observed that people’s circle is very small. It is usually made up one’s partner and biological children. If one loves all of life, one’s circle will be ever-expending. Is it necessary to be focused only on our own children’s welfare and our own well-being, satisfaction and peace of mind?
